Realize the value of a diverse workforce and inclusive culture to deliver your organization's mission.
Hone the critical capabilities required of contemporary leaders.
Build appreciation and skills around diversity, equity, and inclusion at the individual, group and organization level.
When I work with clients to develop a strategy for fostering a diverse workforce and inclusive culture, I start by clarifying how diversity and inclusion enables your organization’s mission. Then we can build a plan together that is unique, authentic and relevant to your goals.
Remember, representation isn’t the end goal, it's a means to the end. We strive for diverse representation, because diverse teams make better decisions. A diverse workforce will better represent your customers or open new markets. And a sense of belonging makes work worthwhile and leads to better outcomes, both personal and professional.
My role as a leadership coach is centered on fostering transformative growth and development in my clients. By creating a safe and confidential space, I facilitate self-discovery and awareness, guiding clients to explore their strengths, values, and aspirations.
Through active listening and powerful questioning, I support them in setting clear, achievable goals and crafting actionable strategies to overcome obstacles. I strive to empower leaders to unlock their full potential, drive meaningful change, and achieve sustainable success.
In a rapidly evolving business and social climate, sometimes it feels like the rules keep shifting. Expectations of leaders may include weighing into sensitive issues or sharing aspects of their personal identity for the first time. At every level, leaders must build and foster diverse and inclusive teams in ways that help organizations thrive.
A diversity coach provides a safe space for honing new skills, confronting unfamiliar challenges, and building the confidence necessary to lead effectively in this contemporary context. Using the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) tool as a baseline, we can build a plan and even measure individual or team progress toward cultural competence.
There are many ways to introduce learning into your organization, and we will work together to ensure that the content is delivered in a way that it is best for your organization. These include large group keynotes, webinars, small workshops, or leader-led courageous conversations.
Topics may include Inclusive Leadership, Workplace Allyship, Micro-Inequities, ERG Optimization, Centering Liberation, Unconscious Bias or Measuring Inclusion.
